* Only registered participants who have paid the corresponding fees can participate and receive certificates. All the signatories of papers and presentations must be registered for the conference. If any participant wishes to offer more than one contribution, there will be an extra charge of 40 €, or 20 € in the case of students.

Those who do not participate in any category will receive attendance certificates.

** Students must provide a document proving their student status, signed by their Head of Department or Institute, or the Dean of their Faculty. This should be sent by fax to +34 91 879 74 55 (for the attention of Departamento de Formación y Congresos) or by e-mail to

*** Registration as an attendee includes entry to all sessions, conference packs and coffee breaks during the conference.

Cancellation conditions

*Cancellation of conference registration must be sent in writing to the Secretaría Técnica either by fax (+34 91 879 74 55) or by email (                                    

*Cancellations made before 1 March, 2016 will receive a full reimbursement, less 15% for administration expenses.

*No reimbursement will be made in the case of cancellations made after 2 March, 2016. However, all documentation received will be duly returned.
